App timed out (Servers taking too long to do their thing)

I discussed with your live chat actually, and the problem was that whenever I used to launch the game it gave me the error that the servers are taking too long to do their server thing and app timed out. Then after that when I ran the game in the offline mode, F123 specifically, it said that renew your gaming license. The error code was I think EC204. Now today what I did was I logged in from the other account and then ran F123. It was working fine. So this indicates that this is an account specific issue. Now I want you to fix this account specific issue so I can play it. It's been a month I think
