Check for any available driver and firmware updates and download then install those.
That wheel is not on the compatibility list but you may be able to get it to work.

Thanks for the response. I did get an email back from asetek with instructions on how to get it working, and now I can confirm that it does work if you want to add it to your supported list. Thanks!

Asetek do claim compatibility with 'F1 series' as a DirectInput device. Links above will show.
