beta code not working...

After I enter the code in the PSN Store, the game "F1 23 beta closed" appears but with the message: "The prepaid card could not be redeemed. Please try again later"

Please help!

@clou59x Are you redeeming on the account you put in your application? Has it changed recently

@clou59x I have the same issue. It also seemed like it was downloading something too. One of my games were updating and it paused my update for a while then continued. Still can’t see the game on my home page.

Hi, ahhhhh I just checked on the PS App and found it in my library. All sorted and downloading. Thank you!

@Cpayne32 yes of course i did it. And YEESS its working fine, it seems the reason was the game in the library. thanks guys, have fun
