I'm also experiencing this problem. 5600X, RTX3080, 16GB
For me the weird thing is that on the 1080P/60Hz screen I have attached to my racing rig it's a blurry mess. No amount of messing with settings files will fix it. But if I hook my rig up to my 4K/60Hz work monitor the image is *pristine*. I get that there are four times the number of pixels and that's always going to make it sharper but the ghosting and blurring are completely gone.
Thats interesting.
For me, on my desktop PC with a 3440x1440 100hz ultrawide, its a blurry mess, but on my ROG Ally with its 7" 1080 120hz display it looks really clear with no blurry motion.
I attributed it being clearer on the Ally to the 3x higher pixel density, but since most PC gamers don't play the game on 7 inch screens it should be better on regular desktop monitors.
