There's some improvements as of patch 1.10, unfortunately, it pretty much doesn't make a difference due to the god awful TAA the game has overshadowing it.
I don't think the AA sharpness option is even working lol, I've changed it many times and there's no difference.

@RallerZZ The AA sharpness is just the fidelity FX sharpening filter. Won't help much with a very blurry and soft image

@void_snw Yeah, I just turned off the motion blur and DoF effects from the file itself, it helps a bit more after the update and I would say at least to before, the difference is noticeable.
But overall the TAA is still the main offender, I will test out with TAA off through the files and see if the overall blurriness is still there or not, only way to know if it's actually been fixed and it's just TAA being TAA.
- 2 years ago@RallerZZ Thats my thought too. Haven't had time yet to check, but since they only mention rendering not antialiasing, im hopeful using driver level antialiasing might give better results now.
- 2 years ago@void_snw So basically, turning off AA in the files completely and going in-game, the blur seems to be gone.
However, you definitely have to turn off Motion Blur and Depth Of Field in the files or set the Post Processing setting to Low cause it still makes the game look significantly blurry, even if to a lesser degree.
