Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After cancelling my EA Play Pro subsription and Purchasing the game, upon selecting the single player career option in game.
What happens when the bug occurs? An error message pops up, saying that I need to install the Breaking Point 2 pack in order to access the savegame file.
What do you expect to see? For the career mode to be accessible
I have cancelled my EA Play Pro subscription, as it was no longer benefitial for me to have it, so I went on and purchased the standard edition of the game.
Upon bootup, when I first tried to access the Single Player career mode, the game prompted me that I have the icons pack missing, and I should install it or I will not be able to play with that savefile.
After this, I decided to buy the Champions Edition add-on, thinking that it would solve the issue. It in fact did not solve the issue, now the error prompt is only different, with the game asking me to install the Breaking Point 2 pack before continuing, which as far as I had seen is nowhere to be found around the store.
I tried reinstalling the game, logging out and back in, nothing has worked so far.
It is interesting to note that even though I bought the Champions Edition Upgrade, the EA Play app says that I have the base edition of the game(the upgrade shows up as an add-on)
Is there any way for me to still be able to access that save file?
