Can we get clarification on the status of FFB and Trueforce, please?

Question

In a couple of hours, there will be 2 weeks since I first opened F1 23 Champions Edition. There are a number of issues with force feedback across several wheels, manufacturers, and platforms with the most serious one being (apparently) Logitech's Trueforce wheels. I appreciate that you are investigating the issues but it's been two weeks and I feel the least EA and Codemasters should do for us is to clarify what is happening.

This is beyond acceptable at this point. For all of us that have these issues and had the courtesy of not returning the game, please extend the courtesy to us and let us know what is happening. I'm not making any demands and I can understand that this is probably serious enough for EA and Codemasters not to give a deadline but please clarify the situation.

@RVladimiro I've played a ton of video games, many EA for nearly 40 years, got my first video game system in 1985. This game is by far the least ready to be released game I've ever played. It's really, really bad unfortunately.

The fact that we have this board with EA employees who sometimes post and frequent this place, the idea that there are zero updates being shared on not just this one but quite a few other game breaking bugs is just wild.

It really doesn't make any sense.

@RVladimiro Courtesy isn’t in EA’s vocabulary unfortunately man. I hate the fact they have a monopoly in F1 Games, i’m hoping one day we get literally any other developer.
