Can't see anything other than my menu screen

Hi,

So I got a little hooked on F1 a while ago and decided to go the whole 9 yards and buy a wheel and f1 23 and give it a go. The only issue is the game doesn't like me.

I can get into the menu screen and finally fixed my login problems but now I get the problem you see attached.

I attached a screenshot of the My Team creation page as an example but it happens when i got f1 world. Breaking point is even worse because I can see the cutscene but the whole screen turns black when the racing begins, but I can still hear the engineer audio and the car audio, whether it's the car turning or slowing down based on my input, I just can't see it.

I know this a long post but I've been trying to fix it on my own for nearly a week now so any help would be appreciated.
