The same thing happens after the race is completed as well. What do you expect to see? Being properly awarded for my week long effort and seeing my ranking for the event. I set a 1:19.718 in this instance (Abu Dhabi) which would put me over a second clear of the person currently in first place if the game worked properly. ):I see that this issue has been marked as fixed in the online services section. I noticed before that it didn’t save my qualifying time as well but when i clicked on go to qualifying it did give me the do you want to discard your qualifying time message. It’s very annoying to spend a couple of hours in a week to get rewards that i might not even be getting now even though i’m fully confident that my score should’ve been comfortably fast enough to get me the best rewards.What is your 16 digit Report Code? A fix put in place to avoid this happening again and if possible still getting the rewards i should’ve been getting if it turns out i won’t receive anything.I’ve put the screenshots that i made after the race into this report. It shows my race director and my score which is clearly broken. Hoping that the race director is enough for me to still be guaranteed the rewards that i should be getting.

Same here I have a tech level 1000 car and did a 1.38.5 qualifying time and it didnt get posted to the leaderboard and when i did the race i won by over 30 seconds which can be seen in the screenshots and it said my score was zero so i wont get any rewards again yet there are over 9000 people on the leaderboard and you can see it is affecting people who are fast as none of the top times on the leaderboards have quick qualifying times so the glitch penalises people who are fast like ea how is this even in the game and how do you fail to acknowledge people on these forums with serious in game issues like this. You say you want us to play your game and increase our tech level yet by doing this it causes more issues fix your game and give people affected compensation for this and now we get no rewards from the event despite completing it.

@ERT_Timo I too have had this issue with my Quali time at Spa. Really annoying.

Just did the race, won the race by 40 seconds (1000 Tech Level) and received 0 points.

Exact same for me, Austria and GB worked perfectly fine but Hungary never saved even after doing quali and the race twice. I've just done Spa and the exact same is happening, incredibly annoying as its working no bother what so ever for my friend or the other thousands of people on the leaderboards.

Same again for me. Tech Level 1195, setting a time that is faster than P1 on the leaderboard and it does not save the lap time.
My brother (Tech Level 995) is also not on the leaderboard after he set a lap quicker than P1.
Not sure whether Tech Level or the lap time is the issue here, probably a combination of both. Happening every week at every single Community event.

Same just happened to me. COTA was fine, 2 races before I got 0 points. Today I tried both Community GP and Scenario, I got 0 points for Scenario and quali time for Community GP didn't count at all, even though Scenario goal was reached and Community GP quali time would be near the top of the table...
There's no point playing those if the result is not even counted and on the top of that there is a helmet as a reward for Scenario which I'm likely to miss because of this

On my first attempt to join the Mexico Community GP race I got disconnected before the race started, so I had to wait an hour for the next race. Then about 5 laps into the second attempt the host of the session retires and I get kicked out because apparently I didn't transition to the migrated host in time... So I guess I have to wait an hour AGAIN, and possibly get points deducted because it will be my second (third?) attempt at the race.

yep same issue for me again, quali time would have been top of the leaderboard but didn't register, and I've just done the race, won comfortably and got 0 points for it.

completely renders the whole community grand prix as pointless for me, which is a shame as I like the concept but this keeps happening.

bumping this thread because the same old issue has happened to me in the Abu Dhabi community grand prix:
did quali on Monday, set a time of 1:20.335 but this didn't get registered onto the leaderboard
did the race at 3 UK time today, won by about 30 seconds, received 0 points for it
if it helps I have the whole of the quali session I did and all of the race bar the first lap or so recorded via stream and PS5 capture.
@EA_rephii @EA_Barry sorry to tag you directly but this has been going on for months on and off now and I think has directly affected me at least three times. if it helps to start a new thread with the bug report template filled in and/or to provide more information then I'm happy to do so, just let me know
it's a shame because I like the community grand prix as a concept, and when it works it's good fun, but it when you can't trust it to actually work and reward you as it's meant to, it's very frustrating!
