Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure… I finished the race it popped up saying error after watching the podium cut scene
What happens when the bug occurs? finished the race it popped up saying error after watching the podium cut scene
What do you expect to see? Race results and to press continue.

I had the same problem in PS4. My friends have reported the same issue.
Specially as we were not allowed to change the car setup and used the default instead of the one from the FP/Qualy, it feels like a waste of time.

I can confirm the aforementioned bug report. I'm having the exact same issue. Tried to complete the Canada-event it 3 times on Sunday. All race results invalid. No score on the leaderboard.
Moreover "race strategy" and "mute all" in lobby options have disappeared from the game as mentioned in several posts.
So much effort andime down the pipe - again! Bad memories about past years/F1-versions and their mutliplayer issues come back.
Please fix this once and for all.
