Corrupt game save (EA App)

Summarize your bug I loaded into the game for the second time and I get a notification upon loading saying the game save has corrupted. This happens every time I load into the game now.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? Dosnt get far enough for a report code to show
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Virgin media
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load into the game
What happens when the bug occurs? As shown in the picture. This notification shows up and it is always unsuccessful in recovery
What do you expect to see? My game to corrupt every time i load in
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated because whilst it dosnt stop me from playing the game as my tt times save and still always gets rid of my camera and wheel settings etc. this is quite a big problem
- @ROM_BFord Bingo!!! Shout out to my mate drazzy for this one. We ent into the files of the EA Desktop then cleared the cache and the went back into the files and did the EA updater and that’s has solved the problem. Any questions please put them in here. I’m so so relieved
