@SteveJackson Thrustmaster TX. And what first made it happen now when I tested quickly was rebinding pause to ESC. Also happened when i bound numpad 0 to the in game car menu (name escapes me at the moment). Remove those keys from the wheel menu, and the keyboard icon had the green tick again.

You know I’m going to ask if the TX is updated to firmware v58.06 and you are using 2023_TTRS_3 

By in-game car menu you mean button assigned to MFD?
