Summarize your bug Disconnects from 80% of multiplayer lobbies. Game shows the 'communicating to online services' message at the top left, while saying 'migrating host' at the bottom of the screen. Then every other player appears to disconnect from me, when it is actually my connection which drops. The issue occurs in about 80% of all the lobbies I join. No difference between ranked or unranked lobbies. Usually occurs in the One Shot Qualifying session but has happened during the race early on at times.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? SKDT-PEXP-CDXX-TPXE
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? EE
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just go into any multiplayer session, load to the track and start driving. Part way through the OSQ lap it will occur.
What happens when the bug occurs? All players appear to disconnect. Game shows 'communicating to online services' message, with 'migrating host' message at the bottom. All players then show as disconnecting but it is me who has disconnected from the lobby.
What do you expect to see? After it occurs, the results of qualifying show 'no time' for every other driver, then I am swiftly returned to the home screen as there aren't sufficient players to continue with the session.
I am using Windows 11 (22H2) . I have attempted to resolve this by resetting my network settings on my PC. I have tried using an ethernet connection but the results are the same. I have verified integrity of files on Steam and there were no issues with that.
- @ozgokhan0 I uninstalled and reinstalled yesterday. There was also an update on the game yesterday. But now my game works perfectly fine. Recommend uninstalling and reinstalling as it worked for me.
