@veyron_fan1 I dont know if the Esport drivers would agree after watching the PSGL opener.
Lots more action than last season and the winner passed from about 4th to 1st and pulled away to about a 6 second win.
Last seasons snooze fest was caused in part by DRS not being powerfull enough.

- @BadMayh3m Im not following Esports but pulling away with the current physics requires either extreme fighting from 2nd and 3rd or a massive difference in pace (in esports terms).. The current balance of slipstream + DRS just keeps you attached even if you are a few tenths slower which really isnt realistic, however i can understand why the Esportsbuild shouldnt feature realistic dirty air though
- @Meza994 I was responding to the OP statement that Esport drivers would 100% agree not about the mechanic itself.
The racing is more entertaining the way it is.....guy 3rd in line passing 2 people and up to 5 people fighting for position.
Exciting stuff imo.- @BadMayh3m For Esports thats fair game but its still unrealistic and they could also easily overtake the years before, they just preferred not to waste ERS but this year they can probably not prevent overtaking because of the overspeed hahaha
Ideally Codemasters would do realistic dirty air and simplified dirty air for easier racing so all can be happy
