Dry tires at a wet start

If it is light rain then the slick tyres may still be the faster tyre. In these cases the cars will use the dry tyres from the standard race strategy instead of inters/wets. I can't tell from the video if that is the case here, or weather the wrong tyres have been applied. Have you seen this happen on other occassions where the rain is heavier? 

I have made 3 screenshots for you, so maybe you can judge the problem a little better. Finally, it looks to me at least like a mixture of light and heavier rain, if you go by the percentages. Also, for each 100% race, the weather is set to random with relatively accurate predictions. Otherwise, such a case here for me also occurred for the very first time.

I have contacted again the person for whom I reported this problem. This brought up an idea to think about for F1 24, because whether it's the career, co-op career or in this case a 100% race. If the game says that in light rain the slick tires are still faster, why does the game force you to start on slick tires? Not everyone feels comfortable in such a situation. There should also be the possibility to gambol in such a case. If everyone starts on the same tires, then the races are more predictable than if many drivers start on different tires and drivers make mistakes because they were on the wrong tires.
