This seems odd indeed. Have you checked with our customer support if the game was disabled or if you ever received the game at all through our purchase?

could you check your Order under profile.ea.com and check if your purchase has been completed?

This is where things are hanging, it says "processing", but my CC is valid, but your system is failing to inform the user about this in the EA about why things aren't going thru and still shows the user "Deluxe Loyalty Edition owned".
I actually went in and cancelled my pre-order, and reordered it directly from your website, only still no game being able to download and money has been drawn.
Still just "preparing"
EA App is still showing "Deluxe Loyalty Edition owned" but it should now say "Champion Edition owned" and I think this is why it is failing now.
And yes, I did contact support about this before the weekend and yes, i have tried clear cache after cancelling and reordering the product. Still no download.

Gotcha, so there might be a hiccup in the whole pre-order and transaction process for this one.
I am unable to check the reason on this processing status, so I would need you to ask our Advisors on this matter.
