YesSteps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can't exactly recreate this because the season has ended. Every applicable week, if a player got to elite then they got the trophy. However, on the last week of the season (today), we did not unlock the trophy.What happens when the bug occurs? The trophy for reaching elite division is not unlocked. What do you expect to see? The trophy unlocking. I really hope this gets fixed and the players get the trophy unlocked instead of just being told to do the grind all over again.

It just feels really awful, it is just not fair going such lenghts for a trophy and end up feeling absolutely miserable. For many of us this one came with a toll and that was mainly due to the time invested into a leaderboard that was not going to count for our trophies/achievements even though it indicated elite spots on it, was I supposed to know it would not count ? Nothing indicated that and my goal was reaching the promotion to elite in order to complete the game´s trophy set - by far the most difficult and time consuming task of F1 23 - As a few others did I accepted the challenge and tried my best, I really did... Please if a dev is reading this and can do something about it please do ! It would mean a lot to all of us, thank you.

@eduardohrks Your all good. No need to apologise for anything. This issue has been passed to the team so they will be investigating it as it’s clearly a bug. As for when it will be fixed we won’t know until it’s fixed. But I’ll tag @EA_Groguet as he can pass your suggestion on. I’m just the unpaid help 😁. I don’t have the power 😔

@CosmoWolf33 Thank you for opening up this case. Seven people from my group this past week did get the Elite rank promotion and all Season 1 items, but not the trophy. The last weeks grind was insane, to not get the trophy unlock. They surely have to do something about that and give us a quick fix.

This was also a big problem. Lack of communication about what would actually happen to your rank at the end of the season
