Engineer talks about incident when changing strategy due to weather

It seems the race engineer in F1 23 is only programmed to talk about new race strategies due to damage on the car. Whenever the weather changes and there's a new tyre strategy the engineer mentions ...

@BeatdownRacing Happened to me too, but only a few occasions. Once it began to rain, and Marc was like "Okay, don't worry about that damage, we have a new strategy for you." My car wasn't damaged of course.
