How about taking some inspiration from F1 manager.... Get rid of the same Jeff lines that have been given to Marc and instead of doing the same thing each year you have the where real race engineers...

As an aside, I don’t know if you noticed - but in MyTeam, your “team manager” only has one voice option now (whereas there were at least 3 voice options in 22), but not their “face”, which can change. I liked it before where there was a bit of variety you could have with the team manager audio when starting a new season. They’ve clearly removed it to save some space.
