ers stuck on deployment

hello,
i just re downloaded f1-23 after a while of not playing, 
and i ran into a problem. when running my programs for r&d points, my ers was stuck on overtake mode. the thing is i ran into this problem before i deleted the game back then and it was the reason i uninstalled it, and i thought maybe it was a bug in the verision back then but no, it still happens- even in other modes like online racing.
any suggestions on what to do?
btw i use g29 steering wheel

    Sounds like you have stuck buttons or a mapping issue.

    Sounds like you have stuck buttons or a mapping issue.

    its not a mapping issue because I don't have any other button set to do some other action (the enter button on the wheel) and i tried disconnecting my keyboard but still it didn't change. i tried changing buttons and it didnt work. its still stuck on deploy. when i change deploy mode it to toggle it just turns on and off rapidly.
    is there a soloution?

    Glad you dorted it. My advice would be to do as you said, delete the schema and load the default. Thanks for marking solved to help others.
