Everyone pits on Lap 1 - Career Mode F2 Start

Summarize your bug Started new career in F2. On the Sprint Race, I didn't check my strategy as it's a sprint race which usually has no pits and thought it weird that I was starting on Softs instead of Mediums. got through the first lap and noticed a blue line leading me into the pit. Ignored it thinking it must be a bug and then noticed all the AI was doing the same thing. This was on the sprint race on the first track starting in F2. Tried to disable Sprint Race but the Sprint Race was still there. Perhaps, I forgot to do it when I was starting career properly so will only affect from the next race weekend so that might be my fault but thought I'd add it in case that had some cause.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to start a single career with full 100% races but start as F2 and try the first Sprint weekend.
What happens when the bug occurs? Asks all AI & Players to pit on the 1st lap (and assuming the 2nd lap for the other half)
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a full Sprint Race on one tyre or at least a strategy that doesn't require everyone to pit on the first lap.
It feels unplayable to start a career if it's facing a bug on lap 1.
