Forum Discussion
Thanks for the feedback, but looking at the thread you linked was related to Sonic Studio" which I do not have installed on my system.
Any other thoughts?
Not sure if this will resolve your issue, but I seem to have a bit of a win with my system. I read on another forum that another user had luck by disabling all other audio devices, other than the one in use. On my PC running Windows 11, I had various audio devices and monitors that presented themselves as audio devices, so I disabled all of them except for the actual device I am outputting audio on. Hey presto, I have been able to run the game without any crashes for 3 or 4 F1 World GPs.
I will try again tomorrow, just in case this was a fluke, but fingers crossed.
Just a couple of other steps I took, which I don't believe in the end made any difference, but just in case, I also had F1 22 on my PC, so I uninstalled that (F1 23 still crashed after this point) and I also uninstalled and reinstalled F1 23 (I switched off all audio devices while F1 23 was downloading).
Hope this helps someone with their issues.
