F1 2023 No Access to Online Even When Game Says Connection Has Been Successful

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load up the game it happens on launch
What happens when the bug occurs? Game will launch in offline mode when triangle is pressed to connect to online services game will connect but then when f1 world or player hub is selected it then acts as if its no longer connected to the online services
What do you expect to see? The game connecting and staying connected to online services when it launches

Game will launch in offline mode when triangle is pressed to connect to online services game will connect but then when f1 world or player hub is selected it then acts as if its no longer connected to the online services. This prevents any playing with friends at all, I have no issues with my internet or modem and invites are still coming through on ea launcher but no online play can be accessed. Screenshot 🏈 shows game on launch prior to clicking connect to online services, Screenshot 🏀 shows game having pressed triangle to connect to online services and they are showing connected as seen in the top right and then Screenshot 6 shows the screen once clicking f1 world now showing that its picked up the 2day boost ie has connected to your online services but is now for no reason at all not connected. There is no option anywhere to then try again to connect to online services.

Repairing the game

resetting my modem

checked fire wall settings and game has public and private access

deleted and reinstalled the game.

cleared and reset all caches
