F1 2023 two player career glitch

Summarize your bug Me and my friend started a two player career mode last year and for some reason the game keeps saying that the current version is not the same as the actual version and would not let us continue on. Ever since then we have made numerous attempt at starting brand career modes and we have never made it to the actual race in Bahrain because this message keeps reappearing. We have both uninstalled the game and reinstalled there are no updates and we have even tried start new career modes on different accounts but the message always appears in Free Practice 3 right before the race and we are unable to actually continue to the race. Aswell as this I specifically cannot connect to the game lobby unless I join first. When we go into practice 3 it disconnects my friend so we cannot carry on.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into two player career and just try to play it normally
What happens when the bug occurs? We are unable to play any two player career modes on any account we try on.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the game working correctly and actually being able to play the game.
