Update v1.10 has this bug addressed in their patch notes and fixed the issue for me. I have the multicolored led lights back on the wheel.

Turn on udp telemetry in f23 and turn off Fanatec LED. Then in Fanalab turn not he led and configure there. Turning off the Fanatec LED in F23 stops it from overwriting what FanaLab is doing
@WarSunsOfPeace Per my original post...No Fanalab installed or used prior to customize lights. Rev lights were working fine from the game's telemetry before. I do not want to install Fanalab, nor should I need to, to have the lights working as it should.
This is something that was working on day one, and the developers broke it after updates.
However, thank you for your suggestion. Perhaps your post may be able to help others, but it does not address my original issue.
I agree that you should not have to and should be patched. I was more helping those that could not get FanaLab to work in the comments.
