F1 23 causes massive sound problems

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have Windows 11. Connect airpods pro to your pc and have a microphone on your pc
What happens when the bug occurs? Game causes sound to cut out for like 2 seconds, reappears for like 0.2s, cuts out again. Other screens start to have heavy fps drops.

I bought a new pc and i had a similar problem on my old computer. Now I use windows 11 instead of 10 and Bluetooth 5.3 instand of Bluetooth 5.1. Back then i fixed it by disabling the airpods handsfree mode. This works to get any sound at all, but only in the quality described. Running the game on my normal speakers while using my microphone works totally fine however. Singleplayer modes are not affected, everything works there when i use my airpods. But as soon as i join a multiplayer lobby, the described bug appears.

I really dont know how to fix it. Pls help me.
