F1 23 Champions edition not working

I bought the game and redeemed the code on the ea app (the game was on my account after 2 people on the ea live chat  confimed) I reset my cache made changes to my account and deleted and re install...

Best to speak with our live support team in relation to removing a game or anything like that @Kalleh28.

Hey EA, I have the same problem. Downloaden the game, played 30 minutes yesterday and today I cannot play the game anymore.
