I’m experiencing the same crashes within a few seconds of the race starting. Crashes to the menu, it allows me to continue the race and sometimes crashes again. Very annoying.
My RAM is at standard speed of 4800 (not over clocked to capability of 6400)
Latest report code error I have been getting:

H.60 UEFI is available (MPG Z790 EDGE WIFI? - going off the MSI )
Quite a few with crashes also have 13th Gen CPUs - these systems are still undergoing optimisations for memory compatibility.
Suggest also reading the other 'crashing' thread and following same lines.
Audio drivers and motherboard utilities have been an issue with this title previously. AIUI the MSI boards use 'Nahimic' drivers and these have also suffered similar game issues. But yeah, RGB software or other peripherals could all be checked for software or firmware updates.

Before doing a fresh Window 10 pro, I had previously installed every update and BIOS to the latest.
Every racing game I had installed 🏀 were crashing. So I decided to start from scratch with a fresh windows install and set the BIOS back to default through its menu option.
Then I persisted to just start with the basic windows stuff, with all drivers updated. No RGB software for the fans and cooler.
And only installed ONE game. FI 2023.
and it still crashed.
So I uninstalled F1 ‘23 and installed Automobilista 2. That game runs flawlessly.
So, that’s were I am now. Without out F1 ‘23.
might have to ask for a refund until your software work correctly, since you said it’s a common issue that also happened on the previous version. How frustrating. Can’t believe EA can’t get this right.
