F1 23 Cross Progression

Question

I currently have EA Play, and am not yet buying F1 23. I am planning on using part of my 5 hour trial with EA Play to get the McLaren triple crown livery, launching the game through the EA Launcher, however, I am also planning on buying the game on Steam in the future if it comes on offer. Will the livery carry over to my Steam account if my accounts are linked or not?

Both are on PC, just switching between EA launcher and Steam

@nat_to_to_han Cloud save is always through EA App / Origin, so I guess you will have itI never tried EA games via Steam tho

but on the other hand this page says Steam also has ots own cloud save for this game https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/F1_23#Save_game_cloud_syncingI'm actually curious now

yeah whenever I search online for information about cross progression, it just gives info about cross platform instead

@nat_to_to_han As far as I know. And havnt got EA play so can’t be certain. Progression is platform specific. Unless your on Xbox and I believe you can transfer progression from old gen to new
