No issue connecting to online services, the time trial leaderboards work fine. No mods.
Windows 11 is in the Beta channel. Unsupported. Before you reinstall (there is no opting out of flights back to Public) try

the same happens to meYou'll have to capture some session report codes when you can't connect.
They're found in the in-game menu, lower left hand side. They change each time you start the game.
@Skull6766 you as well please.

Have attached the full DXDIAG.
Strange, but this week I could again join 2 of my league races, except tonight again. Only difference between them is that tonight's is hosted by a PS user, the other by PC and XBOX. The XBOX one I could join, but very low connection rate (only red indicators across the lobby). Tonight, we tried me hosting, created lobby, sent out invites and the guys could join on me, however the connection quality for all (PC and PS users) was red again.
PS user created a lobby again, tried to invite me which was unsuccessful (got PM65539). They then invite a PC Steam user, he could join and he then tried to send me an invite to join the lobby, but got the error again. Not sure why I can get invites to some lobbies and it works, but others I have issues. So far, and may be wrong, every time it is a PS user hosting that I have an issue, although the other league hosted by PC (EA user and ot steam), first invite I also get the same PM65539 error, but when he resends the invite to the lobby it works without issue.
Too note:
Based on South Africa with Afrihost as my ISP (fibre connection is a 400mbs up and down, even did a speedtest when I got the error and speedtest showed normal ping, upload and download rates).
I have played around with DNS settings (on router only, on PC only and on both), but no success, including router reboots.
I have whitelisted the app on the windows farewell and my antivirus, but still same issue.
F1 23 is installed on my D drive (NVME).
Can access and join on-line lobbies though multi-player and ranked multi-player modes (seems only wanting to join on an invite received being the issue).
Current contemplating to uninstall the game and re-installing it, but have already verified the game files in Steam on multiple occasions which has not resolved the issue. Not sure if this will help though if a game file verification does not fix it, but open to suggestion.

Thanks, that's quite comprehensive. Seems you've identified a symptom or possibly a cause.

Not just a LogFAIL patch but a newer AGESA (mine is the same as the updated one for my 5600X)
