@IAGOBERNARDES11I'm doing 35% and have never seen the 100% worn tyres, and I'm just about to start Austria. But I did think it was a bug when I started out, but that was my naivety and doing 3/4 flying laps in qualifying. For the last few races I've done today with just 1 flying lap, my tyres have never been more than 10% worn for the feature race.
Edit:
I'm not saying it wasn't a bug in the past. Just it doesn't seem to be effecting it now.

So I only do two laps in Qualy I'll try to do just one lap playing medium race (35%) and then I'll see what happens

look, I was doing a run here of 35% and I think I know what happens, I calculated and marked the lap I took in qualifying for just one lap and the tire was 12% front left 13% front right 10% from the rear left and 11% from the rear right in Qualy, I did the Sprint with a new soft tire at the end of the race, the front ones remained 62% and the rears 59% and I went to the race, when I put the soft tires on for the feature race they were 53 % the front ones and 50% the rear ones, so I understood that the game adds 40% of damage to the tire after you use it in Qualy, regardless of how much you saved if you finished Qualy with the tires at 25% in feature race it will appear with 65% spent because the game is putting 40% damage on the tire. now why this I don't know anymore for sure it's a BUG yes

I hope some can sort out the problem you are suffering from for you.
