F1 23 Failed to connect to online services

Hello There ,
i have been having a trouble to connect to online in ( F1 23 ) it keep showing the same error code ( 2631071469😕 ) i have tried every solution i saw on the internet and in this forms non of them worked ( restart router & pc - changing DNS - i even bought a new game pass subscription - cleared my cache ) and i tried using vpn it worked but it make my internet very slow, 
does anyone have a working solution ?
