Usually when this happens with Steam titles I know it will launch if my game launches.
This sounds like potentially an Epic/EA app issue, particularly as it’s worked before? I don’t have those platforms on my setup so I’m unsure that providing dxdiag analysis is likely to work.
Believe it or not, I only input to threads where I think there is the likelihood of a positive outcome and the issue is considered in the round. Numbers have to argue against.
So use the usual troubleshooting methods, update your apps and check your credentials by logging into EA.com. (Probably okay if they are used to login here, like I use mine).
Validate/repair or even reinstall your game. Can’t give steps.

The game is able to launch when I disable the antivirus real time scanning!! 😅

Never really been an advocate of third party AV as long as I’ve gamed on the platform.
Update is my mantra, serves me well. Replicate, evidence, report.
