F1 23 keeps dropping frame rate after the 1.15 patch updates

Well it's been 2-3 months already with no improvement on this issue. I don't think anything is being done.

There is no issue for a majority. Only @Batsu_FIre has provided information towards replication and a solution and chosen to do nothing.

Summarize your bug Extremely low fps (3fps) on any setting. I use the same set up (PC, Monitor, etc) for f1 22 but on f1 23 the game is unplayable.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? PPEE-HCXE-KJKM-SSVE
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? ICE
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter the race
What happens when the bug occurs? Frames drop to 1 to 3 per second.
What do you expect to see? More than 80fps (as that is what I used to get on high in f1 22).

The issue happens every time I enter a race. I've updated my nvidia drivers, confirmed that the monitor is plugged to the GPU, verified game files, installed the game on m2 ssd, Changed all types of settings from DLSS (on and off) completely turning everything to low, even reinstalled the game. I'm using the exact same PC (nvidia rtx 3070) and Monitor as I use for f1 22. I can provide more info (although I wasn't able to attach the benchmark xml).

Yeah. I've had this problem for a while now and have just now realised. I wish I could of just updated it 3 months ago and keep enjoying cause I kinda lost touch as I've had to miss some league races as it was just unplayable. At least it's fixed now and need to grind back the time I lost hopefully enjoy the game again as I've lost touch due to these issues.

Windows Insider Builds are not supported. 23H2 or 22H2

Nvidia October 23 driver build. Latest official 546.33

Voicemeeter is outdated.

Board is not in dxdiag (MSI MPG Z490 GAMING EDGE? updated 1.D0 UEFI BIOS).

WER is littered with service.exe errors. First point reinstall should solve this.
