Every engine from the same manufacturer sound slightly different in real life; here the williams sounds much rawer more open and the deceleration has this loud "blowing raspberries" sound.
I find the Red bull's engine pitch is relatively ok in the game but we don't really hear the "turbine" whistling type sound enough.
I find for most engine the "turbine" whistling sound is a little too "faint", or in the back.
Would it be possible to have a menu to customize the sound of the engine, like the pitch, how open, gears shift, turbine. I think the last NFS has something of sort.
Anyhoo, im not expecting anything but it'd be nice; if the Williams could sound like that, I'll just be playing with them.
One of the things that they should target is to add filters/effects/whatever it takes from the audio that is captured by them at preseason to make it sound like the tv audio. The mention different mics and stuff and thats fine but you know what people have spent 10 years asking for....
also just the same audio across cars is quite lazy...
