F1 23 Mail Bug

F1 2023. There is no way to utilize mail as a player. 
If you do an offline or online career it get busted once you try to accept rewards. Does not matter if it is a driver or owner. Some how this issue that was reported over a year ago is still a thing. You open mail to accept rewards or interact with concepts, the game will lag out for 30 seconds and "maybe" you got that reward. Still you get locked into the mail window and when you back out it lags for another minute. Loading concepts or items that were previously there. This ish makes no sense. EVEN LINERIDER from 2008 worked better when loading assets.
