F1 23 not showing on origin play pro (PC) to download

Summarize your bug The game is not showing so I cant download it. I am using origin desktop and have play pro. Theres a notification saying the game is available and ready to play. When the link is clicked it say "that didnt go as planned" and error 404.
What is your 16 digit Report Code?
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? look for yourselves.
What happens when the bug occurs? Theres a notification saying the game is available and ready to play. When the link is clicked it say "that didnt go as planned" and error 404. The game is not there to download

    I havent a clue how to clear the cache as I am in origin desktop. These options do not exist. I do not use the ea app I use origin desktop. How do i clear the cache in origin desktop. I have no intention of installing the ea app.

    The EA app

    1. Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.
    2. Scroll to Help.
    3. Click App recovery.
    4. Select Clear cache.

    From Windows 10 

    If you can’t open the EA app, you can also follow these steps to clear your cache. 

    1. Open the Start menu.
    2. Find EA and click the downward arrow to expand.
    3. Select App Recovery.
    4. A confirmation window will pop up. 
    5. Click Clear Cache.
