Summarize your bug Every time I get into a race (does not matter what game mode) I can lap a few laps and then its crashes into desktop/Blue screen. It crashes consistently no matter what I do. Also tried it on VR and still crashes. I have gone through a couple of hardware changes, where i upgraded my CPU into a Ryzen 9 (with an CORSAIR AIO), and upgraded ram sticks (CORSAIR VENGANCE 32GB). As well as a new mid-tower case. I have done this: - Disabled audio devices that aren't used - Reinstalled my OS - Verified and repaired game files through Steam - Messed with multiple graphic settings - Deleted local files
What is your 16 digit Report Code? SGBD-MJGJ-VEAE-SCVE
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? in any race and usually crashes around 5-20min of racing
What happens when the bug occurs? game stays stuck on screen, no audio and then it sends me to desktop (& sometimes into a blue screen but it goes away too fast that i cant get the crash code for it)
What do you expect to see? To be able to complete races and play the game normally.

You will have to try to fix the 2D version of the game as I can't troubleshoot the VR. Remove the USB audio and VR headset to proceed.

Thank you. Can you confirm and post a dxdiag with the VR headset and USB audio device removed?
Delete the hardware_settings_config.xml and verify Steam files before launching.
Does the game work for longer in single player modes?

I made another updated DxDiag with VR headset and USB audio devices removed.
Ok I just deleted those files and verified steam files. (They all cleared success fully)
The same issues happens to all game modes and at random times every time.

No sound card. You have to play with the configuration or else it's pointless, sorry. The dxdiag has to be representative of the hardware used to play the game.
