Delete the hardware_settings_config.xml and verify Steam files before launching.
Does the game work for longer in single player modes?
I made another updated DxDiag with VR headset and USB audio devices removed.
Ok I just deleted those files and verified steam files. (They all cleared success fully)
The same issues happens to all game modes and at random times every time.

No sound card. You have to play with the configuration or else it's pointless, sorry. The dxdiag has to be representative of the hardware used to play the game.

I did ask you use something other than the USB audio, it's certainly not popular. The mainboard comes with onboard audio, please use that.
Otherwise we could be here trying everything and not ruling out the audio. It is likely to be a factor IMO.
