F1 23 Using intel graphics error
Every time i try to ;launch F1 23 on steam it gives me an error that the dedicated graphics installed (which it detects to be my intel graphics and not my RTX 1650 Ti) is below spec to run this game....

Go to C:\Users\<your username>\Documents\My Games\F1 23\hardwaresettings. You'll find two files: hardware_settings_config.xml and hardware_settings_info.xml.
Open 'em up and find the device id of your graphics card in the "info" file. Once you've got that, head over to the "config" file and look for a line like:
<graphics_card deviceId="0x2520" rating="0">
Just swap out that deviceId value with the one from your graphics card. Should do the trick.

Thanks for posting this.
However, to the OP @R8fume try updating your Intel Graphics Driver using Intel Driver and Support Assistant then the Nvidia driver using https://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk rebooting after each step.
Delete the hardware_settings_config.xml, relaunch the game. If detection is still an issue, then please post back. This step may well help with other games (won't hurt).
