F1 23 won’t update new version

Thanks for reaching out. Which platform are you trying to update F1 2023 on? Also, what is the error message you're seeing?

i got the same problem on PC.... cant use any online services anymore...

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

well i did a repair and that seemed to work untill now i get constantly the same loop: Agree to this -> continue -> Finalizing -> F1 is ready to play and then the loop starts again....

Did you try what was suggested with clearing the cache?

I already clean the cache and always says the same. i can't update f1 2023 help me please. Thanks
