Summarize your bug Just get a dialog-like window to put my credentials to "activate" my game, which i have already 50 hours on and i bought like a year ago

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, this started when i formated my pc and re-installed EA App and F1 23 to play
What happens when the bug occurs? It justs doesn't let me open the game
What do you expect to see? The game starting
