F1 Two-Player Career Settings Issue

Summarize your bug F1 23 Two Player Career mode is glitched where we cannot turn on collisions. The option doesnt even exist when looking in the settings menu. This has been the case for a couple months now.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? Cannot find
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Comcast
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? We originally had the collision settings on and after 3 or so races, the option to turn them on or off in the menu disappeared all together. We have checked back maybe 10 or so times to see if it had been fixed and I BELIEVE the option have have appeared ONCE, but it was locked and we were unable to change the setting.
What happens when the bug occurs? Collisions are technically off but we can definitely collide. The main issue is that safety cars are turned off because the game is detecting that collisions are set to "off" for some reason. Either way, we cant change either setting.
What do you expect to see? The ability to actually change the setting.
