F1 World access error

Summarize your bug Hello, during a loading of a ranked lobby the game closed. Once reopened, it no longer makes me connect to F1 World because this error comes out: “The game was interrupted while downloading F1 World data, so you were disconnected from online services. Reconnect to try again.”
What is your 16 digit Report Code? JSAD-MTMA-BGTD-GHEG
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t connect to F1 World
What do you expect to see? I expect concrete help and that you do not send me on the xbox site since the problem is not mine and neither of the xbox servers

I'll start right away by saying that it's not a connection problem since I also tried on a console and a different connection to enter F1 World but it gives the same problem. Plus with other profiles I have it works so it's not the connection. I've already asked support for help but of course they turn it around by sending you to the xbox site when the problem is with the game and not the xbox servers. I also tried to uninstall the game and redownload it, cleared the cache and saves and nothing works. The problem is only on F1 World because when I open the game my profile is connected, and if a person makes an online lobby, by invitation I can still enter. But I can't do the classifieds or take advantage of the F1 World mode and the time trial classifieds don't work since the profile can't connect, I hope someone can solve this problem because otherwise I'll be forced to play with another profile and I've practically thrown away the money from the podium pass that I've already completed.

  • Yeah exactly the same. I've had this issue since monday evening after 1 race. 

    The ea support is really one of the worst I've experienced in a very long while. You're just constantly talking to bots and they send you in mad annoying circles. It's sad to see really.

    I came across a post soneone saying they had the issue until the ranks were reset on monday. So that's our best bet.

    I did the same, reinstalling game and local save. I lost all podium pass rewards, literally nothing left of it (lvl 50). You should check that out mate.

  • Im having the same problem… I am on PS5… I’m trying to get into F1 world, and ever since I got promoted to the elite division on Monday it won’t let me in at all! Keeps coming up with the message “the game was interrupted while downloading F1 World data, therefore you have been disconnected from online services, please reconnect to try again” I have tried everything, restarting my router, restarting the console, restoring all licenses… I even deleted the game and re-downloaded it and nothing works at all… literally been like this for 3 days now and it’s driving me crazy! Any tips or advice how to solve this?
