Summarize your bug Hello, during a loading of a ranked lobby the game closed. Once reopened, it no longer makes me connect to F1 World because this error comes out: “The game was interrupted while downloading F1 World data, so you were disconnected from online services. Reconnect to try again.”

What do you expect to see? I expect concrete help and that you do not send me on the xbox site since the problem is not mine and neither of the xbox servers
I'll start right away by saying that it's not a connection problem since I also tried on a console and a different connection to enter F1 World but it gives the same problem. Plus with other profiles I have it works so it's not the connection. I've already asked support for help but of course they turn it around by sending you to the xbox site when the problem is with the game and not the xbox servers. I also tried to uninstall the game and redownload it, cleared the cache and saves and nothing works. The problem is only on F1 World because when I open the game my profile is connected, and if a person makes an online lobby, by invitation I can still enter. But I can't do the classifieds or take advantage of the F1 World mode and the time trial classifieds don't work since the profile can't connect, I hope someone can solve this problem because otherwise I'll be forced to play with another profile and I've practically thrown away the money from the podium pass that I've already completed.
