F2 Halo is Blurry at Bahrain during Night

if you are on PC you need to disable volumetric fog to get rid of the blurry effects in cockpit view at night [same for vr]

1: Set all graphics options to what you want depending on performance (including Lighting as high as you want, which is what the fog falls under).

2: Open hardware_settings_config_vr.xml under Documents/My Games/F1 23/hardwaresettings (Save a backup!)

3: Find the following line and change volumetricFog to "false". Example: <lighting quality="3" volumetricFog="false" volumetricFogMapWidth="1920" volumetricFogMapHeight="1080" />

currently I don't think there is a fix for console players atm

note: if you change lighting settings after you have done this it will re-enable volumetric fog again so you will need to go re-disable it any time you change lighting effects
