But to be clear, you press the xbox button on the Mclaren Wheel?
and then the "turn off console" selection on the screen?
Or if a different path, could you describe again?
I do the...
press the xbox button on the Mclaren Wheel
and then the "turn off console" selection on the screen
I will literally be in mid lap and feel this "pop" sensation as the force feedback turns off.
Then it is like super loose impossible to steer, wheel control
I know that it is not the Fanetec gear, because I have switched to F122 and FFB is working.
Thanks
Not McLaren wheel, but clubsport steering wheel formula v2.5x.
Procedure:
- quick, short press xbox button on the wheel
- select f1 23
- quick, short press menu button (3 horizontal lines button) on the wheel
- select close
I had once that ffb turned off during racing. So, i did procedure described above.
One more thing, I turn on the csl dd first, wait until the wheel calibrate itself, then turn on xbox. ffb works in that procedure.

This procedure works for me. It's just too bad that while racing, or after pausing, that the FFB drops leaving the wheel with no sensation. Looking forward to seeing this fixed and happy I did not pay the extra price for three days of debugging for the developers.
