Fanatec Podium Buttons 2/3 dont work, lose shifts at same corner every time

Summarize your bug Fanatec Podium: buttons 2 and 3 (accept/back) stopped working, no issues in other games. Just recently I started losing shifts (buttons 5/6) at the same corner in every track, example: turn 10 in austria. resetting wheel base resolves issue until I go through that corner again

What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Fanatec Podium DD1, zero issues in other games
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Cox
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? From above field: happens in any game mode, same corner on each track. specific example is Austria turn 10. happens in other tracks, don't have corners, but it IS the same corner every time.
What happens when the bug occurs? shifts become completely unresponsive. buttons 2/3 never work once starting game
What do you expect to see? Perfection. all of this stuff used to work, why is it a problem now?
