Force Feedback Issues Continue on latest update Thrustmaster TMX both PC and XB

Product: F1 23
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
Summarize your bug When I initially log into the game, my wheel does not have force feedback. It works if I pause the game during a run and unpause, temporarily. There doesn't seem to be a particular rhyme or reason to what makes it kick off again midway through a play session, but it happens consistently. This issue does not exist on Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, World of Outlaws Dirt Racing, iRacing or Dirt Rally 2.0. My firmware has been fully updated to the newest firmware available for the wheel (v19 according to Thrustmaster's website, my Thrustmaster control panel, and the post in the forums claiming that it will fix my issues). The issue persists on PC and Xbox with seemingly random timing on the drops that occur after getting it to initially sync. Last year the random drops existed, but I always had feedback on load, so it's actually gotten worse, year over year. I've had my wheel replaced once by Thrustmaster already, but they are unwilling to try again if F1 is the only game where the issue exists (and it is).
What is your 16 digit Report Code? 0000000000000000
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Shaw/Rogers (middle of a transfer, not sure which is technically correct at this time in the purchase process)
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use a Thrustmaster TMX wheel on either of Xbox or PC. Start game, go to a race or time trial in any mode of the game. The force feedback will not kick in until the game is paused.
What happens when the bug occurs? No force feedback, at least no noticeable force feedback, could be going through at a heavily damaged rate.
What do you expect to see? Force feedback.

Bug report basically covers it.

In F1 22, had a consistent problem where 100% races were impossible to do because you'd randomly lose force feedback somewhere between the 40 and 60 minute marks of any driving session.

In F1 23 the same issue exists, but now includes one where it never ever works at initial game launch, which is new for 23.

Too bad, from what I can tell, it seems like it COULD be the best F1 game I've played since classic cars in F1 2020, but without force feedback functioning correctly, I can't justify the value proposition of a broken game.
