Formula 2 Physics F1-2023?

Wurde die Physik der Formel 2 in F1-2023 überarbeitet?
Ich interessiere mich für die Formel 2.
Die Physik in F1 2022 oder F2 finde ich nicht so überzeugend.

@Dodgerxxl The F2 cars in the game are currently the 2022 cars. For some silly reason they don't add the 2023 F2 cars until about 5 months into the game's lifecycle. Car performance in F2 is the same so why does this take so long?? i really enjoy the F2 cars, and would LOVE to see them add F3. they've neglected Career Mode this year. It's a clear copy & paste job. Wouldn't it be great to start in F3 and progress through F2 to F1? Actually give the game some variety and progression instead of just running the same season 10 times....

@SDGMatt Its not about the cars but about the liveries and what drivers actually do the F2 season this year and getting the licenses for that..
  • so am I understanding this correctly? no ffb and physics improvements were made for the f2. Will the cars behave like in f1 2022?

@Dodgerxxl What @SDGMatt said is that the game currently has the 2022 season cars in it, but they do (or should) benefit from the changes made to the physics, vehicle dynamics and reworked FFB. They should not behave as they did in F1 22.

Codemasters are in the habit of only updating the F2 cars later in the year though. F1 22 was released with the 2021 F2 cars in it and only got the 2022 models in October if I'm not mistaken, quite deep in the product lifecycle. Probably due to the low popularity, based on steam achievements unlock rates and similar stats.
Codemasters has the license for F2 series already and it's been so for quite some time now, they're not renewed on a yearly basis as far as I know. From the last investors report I remember they mentioning securing an extension on both the F1 and F2 licenses on the same deal.

I don't play the F2 modes though, so take that with a grain of salt. The series is poorly woven into the whole F1 experience, with no effect on career modes. Can't speak for its popularity in multiplayer, but all in all there's little to no incentive from Codies for us to play with F2 cars unless you happen to really like how they drive.

Well, FFB, is the FFB code/system that changed. So, even if the handling is the same, the FFB cannot be the same, as the system changed.

Therefore no, not same FFB, 100% sure.
