FPS regularely drop to 30 for no reason

My system is plenty powerful enough for the game.

An i7 13700KF, 3070ti, 32gb ddr4 ram, a 750w power supply and sufficient cooling.

The graphics options are also not set very high and i do get good fps over 200, when uncapped, however every 20 to 60s the fps drops to exactly 30 for 1 or 2 seconds.

This is very unpleasent and can easily lead to a spin or damage, if it happens in the wrong moment.

I've tried many different solutions in Windows (even reinstalling it), but none of them changed anything, same for different graphics options in game.

It has to be an optimization issue with the game.
